President and CEO Rosanne Sessions founded The Sessions Group, Inc. in 1999.  Rosanne received her bachelor's degree from George Mason University.  She specializes in the placement of investment management professionals. Prior to entering into the field of recruitment in the investment management industry, she recruited software specialists and support personnel. In addition to recruitment, she helped to establish and manage a software training company in Northern Virginia.

Through her extensive referral network and innovation recruiting techniques, she has helped staff some of the industry’s top performing asset management firms in the nation. She has a proven record of achievement in the placement of investment management professionals and is committed to serving the needs of the investment management community.
